The report traces the the Karvonen family of Juho, our ancestor born in Melalahti, Finland, back to 1610, where the earliest record 1 found linking our genealogy is referenced in a place called Korpisenkylä Pudasjärvi parish, in what is now Northern Ostrobothnia region n the state administrative area of Northern Finland. From then and the point of immigration to North America from Finland in 1900, all descendants have been identified. A total of 92 descendants of Juho make up his progeny at the end of 2012.
